Time
management. Manage my time between the things i want to do (school sports, kung
fu, friends) and the things i need to do (work, family) i want to be able to
come to kung fu way more often than i have been, being it coming straight from
basketball or straight from work and vise versa! Pre-plan my week schedule with
this put into account will make this happen! Talk to coaches and instructors
and make agreements to help me succeed in both sports and kung fu. Use articles and books to help me achieve this.
Take
time out of my day just to reflect on things of my life wether it be every day
life or my life as a student of kung fu (at least once a week for 30 minutes)
write down my thoughts, opinions, life plans etc. so that i can look back on
them to see how they have changed throughout the year
Ask more
questions in life in general and have 2-3 thought up questions ready each week
for class plus any spur of the moment questions, and open myself to the world
instead of being bottled up and contained like i usually am (just talk to
someone) Write down each question and write down the answer when i get it and
refer and review them back after class when at home! Apply them!

ASK FOR
HELP. being who i am i don't like asking for help outside of school work and
sometimes kung fu. Mostly in my personal life i like to think that i can do it
myself and i feel like asking for help shows weakness in me. This is just one
of those things that i think is just the way i am and the way i was brought up
to be. Independant. But sometimes i think i just have to let go of that and
realize im human and everyone needs help at some point!
